Welcome to our latest comedy skit called 'Neighborly Welome'. This is your new neighbor who has just moved in next door. You are curious about this mysterious stranger until you finally meet him face to face at his front porch one sunny afternoon when he comes over unexpectedly. He introduces himself as Neil and explains how excited he was moving from New York City all alone but now needs some company after making such an abrupt move away from home. Our protagonists end up having fun together exploring their neighborhood while learning more interesting things about each other along the way including funny pranks played between neighbors which adds even further excitement before they share intimate moments later during dinner where there may be sparks flying leading us down memory lane reminiscing back upon past encounters...
